Notes
From photos. Caseback has notches around the rim (screw-down) and is engraved 'AQUATITE / DENISTEEL BACK / CASE MADE IN ENGLAND' with a hexagon logo, plus the number 89541 (reading unsure). I believe Aquatite and Denisteel are case-maker markings from a British watch case maker (probably Dennison), so the case is English and the movement is probably a separate Swiss one; this is unconfirmed. The movement plate is stamped SWISS MADE and a jewel count I cannot read, and the regulator is marked with A, R, S letters; it sits in a wire spacer ring. No calibre number readable. The case plating is worn. second hand is not connected
